The University of California, Berkeley School of Law, seeks applicants for tenure-track and tenured teaching positions to begin July 1, 2009. Areas of interest include the fields of taxation, corporations, securities regulation, commercial law, torts, constitutional law, and environmental law, but all applicants are encouraged to apply.
