AAR Closer Look for FREE!
To get your FREE permanent Closer Look:
Simply place a permanent link to AAR’s website on your website. The web link can go on a Resources page, Employment page, Career page, Diversity page, or any page your institution deems appropriate.
Once the AAR web link is on your site, your institution/college/university will have a Closer Look feature on AAR’s website for FREE for as long as our link is on your website. We will also link the Closer Look to any future advertisements you place with AAR.
To get your FREE 3 month Closer Look:
Submit and pay for a 3 month posting. Place three print ads (minimum 1 column by 3.5” or larger) with the Affirmative Action Register within the 3 month time period, and we will deduct the $300 from your final bill.
To get your FREE 6 month Closer Look:
Submit and pay for a 6 month posting. Place six print ads (minimum 1 column by 3.5” or larger) with the Affirmative Action Register within the 6 month time period, and we will deduct the $400 from your final bill.
To get your FREE 1 year Closer Look:
Submit and pay for a 1year posting. Place twelve print ads (minimum 1 column by 3.5” or larger) with the Affirmative Action Register within 1 year, and we will deduct the $500 from your final bill.

What is AAR Closer Look?
AAR Closer Look can highlight any aspect of your university you deem newsworthy – or feature the university as a whole.
It would include:
six to ten paragraphs about the institution
three to five pictures or photos
college/university logo
The content of AAR Closer Look is up to you. Your institution would supply the copy in a complete and proofread fashion. The text can be created by an academic department, human resources or career center, public relations department or whomever you feel is appropriate. You would also need to supply the logo and photos in high-resolution color formats.
AAR would then use your graphics and written material to create a compelling and attractive online feature about your university, which would be linked with any advertisements you place on our website. (AAR reserves the right to edit material submitted and to not publish material that is slanderous, libelous or obscene.) To see an example, click thumbnail.
Prior to posting, we will submit the finished Closer Look to you for approval.
